Stating "Everything is as you see" turns out to not be true. He put most items into a trunk that belongs to you and you took the items out of that trunk. It is up to you to specify what he did take and what he didn't take, then you are free to file a new complaint. But don't state it is as you see when you, yourself, took out the items he put in another family trunk, as that leans towards deceiving admin.
