The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
So crime will spawn in at Lifeinvader HQ and state will spawn at the government lawn. The goal for Crime is to attack the government lawn and capture it. If LEOs manage to hold it for 5 mins they win. If there is still a guy alive at end of 5 minutes from state they will split amongst the money.

Admin Requirements:
TP ppl, spawn cars, spawn guns
Rules of the event:
No healing unconsiuos people.
