1. Leader of The Families Gang
2. Why do u want to become the leader of this specific organisation? Explain with 3 reason
2.1 I have well known about every gang stuff and event and I can handle the families gang as leader because I have good high command experience in all different gang in city.
2.2 I want to become the families leader because I want to make this most active gang in the city to increase crime rate and increase in crime rate is our First and Last Goal.
2.3 I will increase crime side and specially increase all families gang active from other gangs in events as well as ghetto by dominate them. As I have seen families is not active in city but I will try to do all events everyday and encourage people to join families by our activities in city. And all the bonus will be provided in one day it's my promise to increase the interest of players in gang.
2.4 As a leader I will ensure that all weekly requirement will be done without any gang warn and I will ensure the thing that everyone know about gang rules and city rules so that it can't impact on gang. I will try to active continuous activity in families in both time (morning and night) it will be done by giving deputy to different time zone member with experienced so that they can handle the all gang stuff in absence of leader.
2.5 If I get the term then my all friends and family members come in my term and help me to complete with successful term . Families gang do all spray so that they can get 10k+ profit every hour and always capture whole ghetto by green gangs and try to take 100% turf.
3. How ur advice to improve roleplay in the organisation?
3.1 good bonuses for each and every event of gang to encourage my gang members.
3.2 Toxicity is not allowed in the organisation but we have to be strict in some situations to do the mistake in rp by newbies less.
3.3 No one will get rank on the basis of relationship with me he will only get rank if he have a good knowledge .
3.4 hiring newbies as well as ex gang members in the org. So, newbies can also learn more from the ex gang members.
3.5 there will be strike system in the org but in some amount of linent way because I want to welcome newbies not to say them good bye.
3.6 I will do host once every week some event with prize pool in the org with maximum amount of bonus I can give.
3.7 families will do 3-6 store/gun robbery everyday.
3.8 families will do hs as much as they can with their full potential and newbies will also get chance to get know about new things.
3.9 families will do FZ 2 everyday.
4.0 win all events with good numbers.
4.1 all hc will get person training from me.
