Hey,
I dont wanna be "THAT" guy, but really it has been 2 months since i opened the ticket for my technical issue. (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/703333/)
Maybe I do not understand the complexity of the issue, but 2 months, atleast in my head, sure sound like enough time to tackle the issue.

Again, i respect the work you´re doing but i feel a little ghosted after this time period.

Hope i can get some insight.
