As a leader in this organization, I see the opportunity to drive positive change, inspire others, and contribute to achieving our collective goals. Additionally, I believe in the organization's mission and values, and I am eager to lead by example and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
And with my experience in 1.5 year in GRP i think i will a great leader because i started in en2 then come to en3 so i have experiences in all works of state and all gangs

Regularly practice common scenarios like drug deals or confrontations
Create alliances or rivalries to add depth to your roleplay.
