one cop was off duty, and one arrested me from far away and said Ima cuff you. the cop that cuffed me is id 240340 off duty cops' id is 386648
i was asking questions about stuff, one cop was off duty to keep in mind the goal was for them to chase me after when I got back in car for an activity!
