Rejected Demorgan for Powergaming I John Lark

I was placed in the demorgan by John lark for powergaming, AS can be seen in the video, trespassers on NG base trapped themselves in the warehouse, I myself did not engage, shot a single bullet, I placed a barricade to trap them within warehouse IN COVER, even at the placement time of the barricade, there were no shots at myself or even in my general direction. I believe that this unfair punishment and would like to be considered by the admistration

The roads of any area are allowed to blocked in the NG base with the exemption to the fort zancudo gates which must never be blocked at any time.

How they can trap themselves in the warehouse after you blocked the only exit to the warehouse? You are forcing roleplay on them by placing that barricade and not letting them exit? They tried to escape but you are forcing them to stay in a tiny area where they have no chance to escape. Now imagine, someone was doing doughnuts, and cops surrounded him, don't let him escape, and then kill him because he was driving inappropriately. Your punishment was agreed upon with the senior state curator.

they drove into the area knowing they would be trapped, the people in this attack are people who are familiar with the base, they know that would be surrounded. they got out of the vehicles and prepared to defend themselves in there. they did not drive in there, spinned around and tried to drive out. they got out and went into full engagement, how could it be forcing roleplay on them and they decided to get out of the vehicle and shoot. This barricade was placed after they engaged on shooting, So you can not call it forced, they made their defense in that area.

You are aware they were stealing parachutes? And if someone shoots at them of course they will fight back and not ignore the shots, if shots are ignored that's Fail RP. The problem at hand is you blocking the whole area off.

if they were stealing parachutes, they did not need to go into full engagement, they could have easily stole, and went back into vehicles and drove, and the barricade would have not been placed. We have been allowed to block roads and gulags within our base within reason. And even more to prove they had prior knowledge of the base, they even tried to jump over the wall from a ladder on a gas tank.

when hostage situations or gun stores, entire road ways are blocked, not just partly. and this is a full engagement on base in a small area. How will it not be in reason to block paths from people who are commiting to full engagement on base

and how exactly are you guys supposed to know they are the exact same people? How do you guys know its the "Smiley" gang? There could be many of the same cars in the city, many people could have those clothes. Unless License plates are being logged there is no way for you guys to know they have prior knowledge of the base unless of course you meta gamed their IDs

because these vehicles have been seen, recorded, bodycammed on base multiple times. their clothes has not even changed so that argument is useless. speaking to us, multiple interactions with them. already investigated many times. this is a bad justification that you are trying to place.

once again, it could be anyone with the same clothes, I could wear those, and come with the same cars, doesn't mean I'm them. And you cannot prove that with confidence. What if they bought new number plates, what if someone else was driving. No way to prove that it's them. They are not a gang they are a family.
Once again punishment and verbal were approved by the senior state curator.

we already have enough evidence to prove it was them, we have already sent license plates to FIB through department to prove it was them. Even within the last 30 mins.

The problem here at hand is that you blocked the ONLY entrance/exit to that area, what if there was a gang raid that was going to happen? what if they need to go to the warehouse to loot? Gulags and roads are a different story because they have multiple exits, but in this instance, the ONLY entrance and exit of the area were blocked and they had no way of leaving and were forced into a confined area.

first of all, in an raid, we couldn't place to barricades to begin with, so do not try to compare to the two situations, if it was not placed before hand, it cant be placed at all. so that argument is null and void. And during a raid, most gangs will never prioritize parachutes over actual larger loot points. knowing all orgs would be coming for them.

the gulags can be blocked at certain points and be considered a confined area, and noone will get out of their vehicles in gulags to then be trapped within it

that's what I'm saying, what if a raid started after you placed barricades? and you are not supposed to know what gangs prioritize its up to them.

if a raid occured, they would see the barricade, either get out, easily hop over the barricade, get it and go or full abandon the warehouse. this is not a path to anything of priority for a raid. And as someone who has spent time in a gang at its highest command, there is no logical, tactical or benefit to making it a priority. So making statements based on theory or what ifs, is not a good basis for this case.

the warehouse is not a path of escape, so therefore this is no way, shape or form can hinder their progress in looting the base
