Life Story: In 2010, Near San Francisco, lived a man named Neji Hyuga in a small apartment. Neji's parents inherited the apartment from their great grandmother who died 9 months ago. Neji lived with his 2 sisters, his brother, his father and his mother. One day when Neji returned home from school, he saw a tall male wearing all red clothes handing a bag to his father who was wearing his Policeman uniform. Neji was really confused about why a man was giving his father money. After One month, Neji's parents decided to buy a 14-bedroom mansion situated in New York. Neji wanted to become rich like his parents so on his 19th birthday he decided to fly down to Paleto Bay to get a job at SAHP. Neji worked his way up and became a Senior corporal for SAHP. Although he enjoyed it as a police officer he decided to leave SAHP because he was always being robbed and taken hostage by criminals on the highway. Neji didn't want to give up being a policeman, so he decided to apply for LSPD because there were less officers getting robbed there. Neji was accepted and was promoted to the Assistant Chief of Police. But Neji realized that he wasn't earning enough and that he wanted to become corrupt like his father.
Career Story: Neji's Father was part of the police. One day Neji saw his father taking bribes of people and earning a lot of money from this. Neji soon realized his father was corrupt and this got him interested in the process to become a corrupt police officer. At this point Neji wanted to become rich like his father, so he decided to fly down to Los Santos and apply for San Andreas highway patrol (SAHP). Neji was accepted into SAHP and started off as a Trooper and worked his way up to become a Senior Corporal. Neji enjoyed his job, but he was getting tired of always being robbed and taken hostage by criminals. Neji's friend told him that not as many people were robbed in LSPD so Neji decided to resign from SAHP so that he could join LSPD. Neji joined LSPD and works his way up to Assistant Chief of Police. He realized that LSPD didn't pay as much as SAHP so Neji then started to wonder how to become corrupt like his father so he can make more money by doing corruption and make his life more wealth.
Outcomes: -
1. Neji can smash and destroy bodycams of civilians / Officers if found (using the /try commands twice per situation)
2. Neji can help with prison breaks (passing USB stick/opening door for inmate to get out and activate prison break).
3. Neji can refuse to show his ID to civilians or other law enforcement officers in situations involving corruption (role-play scenario)
4. Neji can give himself as a Hostage (If he is bribed up to 100k and will not abuse this outcome)
5. Off-duty, Neji can enter ghetto and engage in criminal activities like killing or robbery with family members, (avoiding conflicts with other law enforcement officers and gang headquarters).
6. Neji can accept bribes and weapons from his 10-15's to release them (up to a maximum of 100k per suspect.)
7. Neji can buy and sell illegal items on the black market, (excluding LSPD items).
8. Neji can proceed with processing suspects without reading them their Miranda rights and can lie/refuse about a presence of a lawyer.
9. Neji can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested (With a RP reason)
10. Neji can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
