Hello Administration team,
Ive been banned for 7 days cause of this thread: Reviewed - EMS GR 6.5, 6.12 | 304873 | 403360
Reasons of punishment are: 6.15 and 6.5;
- 6.5 It is prohibited to do any criminal acts against EMS employees.(Kill, rob and etc.) | WARN
- 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
As you can see at the thread "762903" some guys were attacking to our family house and we were defending ourselves so RP situation started long time ago, the guy near the EMS employee were shooting us and he died. after this i saw a person near him ( who is a EMS employee ) and there were no EMS cars so it was just a guy with green tshirt for me i didnt noticed that he was the EMS employee, thats why i shoot him. Ive killed him without knowing that he is EMS employee because he didnt have an EMS car.
Also EMS didnt fear for his life when shots fired. shots has been firing for several hours. he %100 heard shots before he came here. He has no car, has no vest.
6.5 should be the only punishment as 6.15 would be duplicating the original punishment essentially but for clarification purposes above 6.5 is warn.
I think ban for 7 days is not fair. My punishment should be warn.
