1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I have been an admin before. During this time the RP in the ghetto was at an all-time high. People were afraid to break rules such as NLR, Metagaming, Powergaming, and FearRP because if they did an admin would show up and the punishment would be harsh. I have been back in the city for about a month and I was excited to join a gang and get back in the ghetto. After RPing in the ghetto for the month, I have decided that I do not want to be in the ghetto at all most of the time. Every single time I go in the ghetto someone breaks a rule. I have had multiple IDs put their guns in the trunk of their car with guns pointed at their face; multiple IDs combat log to avoid RP, multiple other ID set meeting points (obviously metagaming), and others NLR to get the kill and rob us. Every single time I have called an admin OR one of my friends have called an admin. The admins have not come, not responded, or not TP'd to me so I can explain. And by the time someone does show up the situation is over. This is not fun for RP. When I was admin, crime admins were always either in ghetto or responded to ghetto rule breaks to ensure it did not become a habit amongst players. Now it is constantly "put it on forums" which I respect but then why have in game admins if it always goes to forums. When I was an admin I preferred to handle things ICly since this is an RP server and it ruins RP when people constantly rule break. Furthermore when I was admin forums rarely got to a second page because we all worked to stay on top of them. Forum punishments are less likely to impact how a player behaves in the server if they can combat log and put their stuff away. Many players do not care about a demorg. Also forums seem to stay quite full so if the issue isn't going to be handled quickly there really is no reason to put the information on the forums. This is not disrespect to any current admins, as I am sure you are all doing your best. It is just my take on everything from the outside. Combat logging is a huge issue in this server because players do not typically care about a warning. I would encourage harsher punishments on people who combat log especially consistently in order to stop that from happening. I have also noticed people powergame by putting items in their trunk while being robbed, I think a harsher punishment on powergaming would stop people from putting items in their trunk with guns literally pointed in their faces.
2. What are your strengths?
Greatest strengths would be knowing the rules and commands already. I know all of crime rules, many of state, and can also do turfs. I learned all of this before I left. I also am incredibly active with the Org I am over and in the city with events. As an admin I was always putting on different races, beach parties, capture the cybertruck, and other events using my own funds to make sure players had fun in the server. I also always stayed on top of the Org I was part of to ensure they met all of their rules. I had 3 nearly perfect terms with Bloods. Bloods added tons of RP to the server by being the first org to become an entire terrorist organization (thanks to Yoki and Luis). That is the type of RP that would be incredibly awesome in this server and I want to see more of it. I also helped other gangs (Marabunta when Quis was leader) if we were on the same timezones even if I was not that Org's curator. Other stregnths would be my dedication to make the server great. I love this server and wanted to bring more traffic to it by holding a huge event that I intended to involve streamers in. I was setting this entire event up by myself. It was going to be a red carpet event with VIP lists, special guests, games, dancing, etc.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
My temper. I did not leave on the best terms because I cared a lot about the city and felt like things were not going fairly. I understand now that I have to pick and choose my battles accordingly. I intend to focus on players only if I am given the chance to come back. I truly only want the best for the server and miss the RP in the ghetto.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yes because I would like to improve RP.
