History:
Sebastian Decker was born in Peru in 1999. He grew up with a loving family who taught him the value of helping those in need. One of the fondest memories Sebastian’s parents have of him was when he insisted on helping his friend’s father find a job. He was only 8 years old at the time but he went around the city on behalf of his friend’s father to ask for job openings and succeeded. Aside from that, he was always a hustler and a hard worker. If he wanted something, he would do it. He wanted a job but he was under the legal working age. He didn’t mind; he talked the owner into giving him a job anyway. Life was good in Peru but he dreamed of something bigger. He was heavily inspired by A$AP Rocky and thus moved to Los Santos alone to pursue bigger things.
As expected, things were rough in the new city. He couldn’t find a sense of direction at first. Luckily, he met a gentleman who held the same value of helping those in need and it reminded him that he wanted to build something to help people. So Sebastian worked hard and started learning everything he could by doing all kinds of jobs and joining organizations. He continuously helps new citizens that he comes across by showing them around the city or providing them with basic needs. Now many of them are part of the TE$TING family where everyone is encouraged to follow their dreams no matter how big they are.

Ranking:
(1) Suspended: fam members who need a moment to chill.
(2) Associate: new family members who can freely use family transportation
(3) Soldier: family members who have been active and participate in family events
(4) Caporegime: able to help with family events
(5) Consigliere: able to invite new family members without going through the chain of command
(6) Underboss: assists in running family events and has deputy access
(7) Banker: short-term rank for access to family funds
(8) Books: the family accountant and has deputy access
(9) Leader: founder of the family
Rules:
Members are expected to follow the chain of command but there is situational flexibility. If a member cannot participate in events, a higher rank will reach out to assess their situation. Members are always updated when family businesses require additional attention for smooth operation. The family does not discriminate against any members’ career choices. The family should remain on good terms with all members past or current. All family members are reminded to complete family quests.
