1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. When I entered the city, the first thing that came to my mind was how I would get a job in the police force. Anyone who didn't think of that first is not a true member of this city. I went there and was met by a policeman who told me that I needed a certain number of years before I could join the organization. I worked side jobs until I reached that number. I passed the interview and everything was new to me, I fit in with the work and people and made a lot of friends. And here I am now making an application for a leader.
2. I want to use this opportunity that I am getting now to create this application and to try to become the leader of this organization because I think that I have more than necessary knowledge and experience in this organization. The chance to become the leader of such an organization is a chance to progress even more and to finally decide for myself how and what I will do.
3. As the leader of this organization, I will take care and focus on ensuring that all workers are equally paid and respected. I will also focus on ensuring that as few of my workers are punished as possible and that they are well trained. As a leader, I will actively go on missions and take my position seriously. I would run the organization on the principle that I always have people doing something, such as writing fines, patrols and towing.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- The first way I would improve RPp within LSPD is focusing on the newcomers within the organization. The way in which I would attract more people and actually make the work much more fun is by making a ranking list on which there will be people who participate in the prize game and the one who will receive the most money along with employee of the week from the most people brought to the organization. This event would take place every other week.
- The next way I would get more RR is by prioritizing respect for other organizations. I think that respect for others will contribute to better cooperation between me and my organization. Anyone who does not show any respect towards members of other organizations will be severely punished. If after all this there is no respect between us, then I really don't know. I will achieve all this by bringing in as many high experience pieces as possible.
- Last but not least, the way I would improve RP within LSPD is by focusing on the following situations:
1. Ghetto patrols
I feel like whenever I go to this situation the organization that runs it would have more respect for me and my organization
2. Ammo runs
I think that help in this situation is as important as in the previous one, if my organization and I would help others in this situation, they will also help us next time, that's another way to gain more respect
3. Hostage situations, one and perhaps the most important of all, there are them every day, and it doesn't matter if it was an officer or a resident of this city, I will personally go and try to get the situation out, I think that helping in these situations is another way to gain respect
Departments:
1. Internal Affairs (IA) are the main point in the strong term. Those in Internal Affairs will take care of every detail and take care of the organization regardless of whether it is on or off duty. It doesn't matter how big the mistake was, it's still a mistake, they would do their best to reduce the level of mistakes to a minimum level. In this department will be professionally trained and those with very high knowledge with the District Attorney (DA). This department will do bodycam checks every 2 to 3 days, as well as checking whether my officers have everything they need to be on duty at all, such as health insurance, gun license and of course driver's license. Bodycam checks are mostly there if there is a lawsuit or something like that, that's why there is this department that will reduce those lawsuits and officer mistakes to a minimum. Log checks will be held every week to make sure that no one is corrupt or stealing in any case WE DON'T WANT THAT.
2. Human resources (HR) is a vital department in an organization that can break or make an appointment if done right. I am a member of HRT every term, and I do my job very well and in detail in it, even though it can be very demanding and boring, that's why only those with experience will be in it and no one else, because HRT is not for everyone, that's why the majority in organizations is not in it. Open recruitments will be held every week at least once, so people who participate in the prize game that I talked about will have a greater chance to bring people to the organization, teach them IC and OOC rules and win a very large sum of money. HRT is also a department that will be focused on training our officers and newcomers. As I said, only those with high knowledge and experience will be in this department in order to do detailed training and make new and better police officers.
3. Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is a part of the organization that must always be ready for any eventuality. People in SWAT are always ready for any challenge, call and have a good reaction. In order for all this to take place, SWAT will have a special training with other organizations with NG. The training will be conducted somewhere where no one can interrupt it or get hurt. This type of training will be held as situations in which people from this department will participate, such as: hostage, subs, military raids, etc. Such trainings will be held every weekend and will be very demanding.
4. Public Relations (PR) is a department that should also be active every day. This department proves not only to the people but also to the people in the organization that the police is not all about making arrests. If this department is constantly active, it would be the key to happiness in any organization. The PR will lead 20-25 events in 30 days to create a fun environment for the public, as well as prove to newcomers how fun it is to be a police officer and thus help other departments as well. Every day the events will be different so that people inside and outside the organization do not get tired and give up on this department. I don't think I need to explain what type of events they are because most people know everything will be shown.
5. Traffic Enforcement (TE is also an important point in the organization. In this department there will be requirements such as for example an officer must have at least 2 tows per day or 10 in a week. This will be one of the rules that will have to be followed because towing will reduce the number of accidents and complaints. These requirements will have to be respected and everyone will have to do them because if they don't do them they can put the organization in a big problem and that's why the penalties will be severe in that matter. Doing these things in TE is not fun at all and everyone can agree with that, but hard work and effort will result and be shown as a promotion or bonus. tE will do the checkpoint twice every day with possible help from other organizations and help from EMS. This will prevent wanted criminals and bringing illegal things into the city.
6. IB (Undercover Division) This department or that division will mainly focus on gathering data and evidence as well as cannabis and wanted criminals as it should be. Units in this department will cooperate with agents from the FIB in the search for criminals, cannabis and gathering evidence of course in undercover or civilian clothes. This department is one of my favorites because it can be performed in multiple RP scenarios allowing them to catch criminals in a much more fun and creative way. They will mostly help to take data and evidence in some events and other situations, also helping us to come out as winners in many situations.
