Life Story:​

Derek Cullen was born on a beautiful spring morning in Gorakhpur, which is a crowded town full of people, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. Margaret and Aidan Cullen were his parents and both Irish nationals residing in India for their research activities targeting the ancient Indian culture. The young couple, Margaret who was a historian and Aidan her husband who was an archeologist had a passion towards the history as well as archaeological sites that India boasts.

After Derek landed at the airport, he went to Los Santos. Since it was his first time in LSA, he was completely unfamiliar with the town. After taking his studies, he started being a taxi man as a means of raising money for his future expenses. With time, he acquired skill and began collecting gratuities from clients. One day, General Commander of National Guard ran into him and offered him that opportunity. For five years Derek struggled to join National Guard until this meeting with the General. Finally, Derek got his dream job. The general awarded him a bravery medal after two decades in the army serving ten years in the National Guard.

He transferred after a month to FIB for more experience. He was an OO agent and spent a lot of time at the FIB involved in many gang raids with other agents. It took his parents a few days to call him for a holiday. After coming back from the holiday, he was no longer an FIB agent. He then started working for the US government where he joined as part of the United States Security Service. Amongst his colleagues in government, Mohit became his first friend. They were both government employees and after three years decided to become lawyers together.

Learning laws was started by Derek, and after one month he went to the Attorney General for his bar examination. He passed this exam with top score and became a lawyer. He also did farming as a part-time job. Even though the farm was far from his home, he could travel over many miles in short periods because he was a good driver.

Derek took up a case where an LSPD officer had wrongly arrested Dot Green one day. Derek helped Dot in fighting it and they became friends. After some time, Dot started working for the government along with Derek. Just beginning his family, Dot requested Derek to accompany him in different businesses that they did together leading happy lives

Outcomes:
1- Derek is a skilled driver who is an expert in navigating various types of terrain such as grass, sand, dirt and gravel, due to being a skilled getaway driver for the gang he was employed within in USA. However, it is important to note that his expertise does not include driving in the mountains or other unrealistic driving scenarios (no UB driving).

5- Derek Can give fake information to anyone that is leo or gang member for his own benefits.
