I have asked admin if car ramming is allowed in OOC race such as the one in spheres of influence, and admin said its not allowed. This guy says ''dont ram'' in the beginning of the race, and I never rammed him once, he realizes I am beating him and he rams me off the road on purpose to gain the lead. I provided a long clip to prove i never car rammed him. The CR I am reporting him for is towards the end of the clip
