In a secluded place around the subs, 3 of each gang haggled with corrupt Officer over a hefty cocaine deal. Just as the transaction was about to seal, FIB agents stormed in. 15 agent ( 3 agent from each state org) will fight against 15 gang members and they will try to arrest the corrupted officer. if they manage to arrest him and kill all gangsters Leos will win. if gangs kill the leos and manage to protect the officer in that case gangs will win.

no healing/patching
cant use other guns except carbine given by Admin
