2. The reason I aspire to lead this particular department is:
i. The LSPD plays a vital role in managing criminal activities within the city. Having served in the LSPD for two terms, I have gained valuable insights about our state. I believe I am prepared to take on the leadership LSPD and implement positive changes.
ii. After spending considerable time in the LSPD, I have observed several shortcomings that I think are unacceptable for such a significant. I’ve witnessed favoritism and discrimination between male and female citizens, which I find deeply concerning.
iii. The LSPD is an organization where newcomers to the city seek a solid experience within a law enforcement body. When individuals think about serving our state, the LSPD is often the first organization that comes to mind. Every citizen and officer deserves to be treated with dignity. I will ensure that new citizens are not overlooked and that their issues are addressed promptly.
iv. I have identified several officers who are experienced and mature enough to understand the challenges facing the state and our organization. New officers will receive training not only on policing but also on how to respect citizens and adhere to all directives provided. Even if they are new to law enforcement, all officers, including myself, will support and guide them in becoming competent police officers.
My suggestions for enhancing the RolePlay experience within organizations include:
i. Officers who fail to maintain proper RolePlay, despite understanding the guidelines, will face swift consequences.
ii. As the leader of LSPD, I will ensure that there are no Non-RP cops, and the Internal Affairs team will function effectively, similar to a newly established organization.
iii. I will develop a new guide for incoming LSPD members to help them learn and navigate RolePlay scenarios.
