administrators. I am sorry.. I filed a complaint because my car was stolen, and I was found right, but I was banned for 60 days for another reason.(General rule 4.1 (Remove the effect of divorce ). I dont know what it is very well but When I researched the forum, I learned that many people's unban requests were removed for similar reasons. you can check.
