All the evidences in my POV as you will see not only the this person drive across the water but he did it to the point where the car was also floating on top of the water now as to my knowledge not only is this car not a boat but it also has no way of going across the water let alone floating on top of this 338314 when he got out of the car he teleported to one spot In front of the car approximately five meters away from the car then teleported back within a meter as you will see

So the water there is just really shallow it doesn't drown out the car but a super car cannot travel through low water so no cheats just ub driving
