Was using a voice changer yesterday, admin was called (Maze Redz), he instructed me to report him on forums if he is still using it later, next day (today) still using it even after admin telling him not to.

I have spoken to ID 402385 yesterday to not use the voice changer anymore as it is UB and punishable.
ID 402385 will receive a punishment for using a Voice Changer.
Next time I see you use a voice changer the Punishment will be more severe.
