2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 LSPD is the first organization for many new people in the city and they start their adventures here to improve themselves this makes LSPD special for people and also provides a more suitable working environment. I want to create a term that is not only fun but also easy to understand and learn for new citizens so that people can have better opportunities to improve themselves. I don't want people to be afraid to ask questions no matter how simple or stupid they are I want them to feel comfortable asking me or any high command. I believe that the only way to learn new things is to constantly improve ourselves and gain new experiences with new people and question everything you don't understand this way we can constantly improve ourselves. I want to create an environment that is not only friendly but also fair, equal and professional for everyone regardless of their rank which is very important for LSPD. And I was previously a Deputy in this organization and I know how the organization works in great detail.
2.2 As everyone knows in the whole organization there is a favoritism problem and I want to prevent it in my term so I want to create a fairer and more enjoyable organization. I will make sure that there will be no favoritism in my term and all the High Commands that I will assign will be based only on their experience, professionalism, activities and honesty which is how it should be so that there is order and an equal environment in the organization and people feel equal working environment. If anyone is caught distributing ranks to their friends/family members without any reason, serious action will be taken no matter who it is because I never want to compromise on this because in short it is killing the RP and people do not want to be in the organization any more. And people love new things and this attracts their attention as a new leader I can offer them much better opportunities and environment
2.3 First of all, I would like to state that I had two leadership experiences in the Crime side and this has added a lot to me. I have learned very well what to do and what not to do as a leader, I know how to communicate with people and how to attract their attention. And I want to be remembered well by being a successful LSPD term. I believe that I have good leadership skills and I am a very friendly person both in IC and OOC and I know a lot of people, people trust me and expect things from me. I like to help new players as much as I can. But of course I value honesty very much. I want to turn LSPD into an organization that is not only friendly to citizens, but also always there to help them when they need it and is friendly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have a lot of plans to improve the RP level in LSPD, to put it briefly. First of all, everyone in LSPD needs to wear a certain uniform because I really can't imagine police officers walking around in clown costumes. I will make sure that everyone in LSPD has not only a basic understanding of the server, but also a comprehensive and clear understanding, otherwise LSPD will cease to be professional and become a group entertainment venue, which I never want to happen, I know what people can and can't do and I want to take certain precautions against them, and I want them to be able to say how to be responsible and how to avoid breaking any rules, which they should already know, otherwise we will not be able to reach professionalism.
I also want to implement a kind of Boot Camp for newly recruited Cadets because as I have seen before, people do not care about new officers and leave them unattended, which causes the organization to suffer. The HRT team has a big job here and I will be very careful about all this and everything will be under my control and I will be very careful about it. SWAT is one of the key departments of the LSPD and plays a big role in operations where the LSPD is present. And there are a lot of SWAT tactics that have been written before and we will continue to develop those tactics and I want them to work with other Organizations and do regular training with other Organizations and use all the tactics that we have formulated together to create plans that will guarantee victory in any situation and I will do my best to keep SWAT a high performing department at all times. For IA, I will have them do daily inspections with the HRT and direct the inactive units out so that we will always keep the LSPD active. And we will try to keep the term active at all times.
TE is one of the key organizations for the LSPD and we want to make sure that the streets of the entire city are clear of illegally parked cars so we will have separate bonuses and pull contests for this department.
The Undercover department will continue to work with the FIB and share evidence with them, and we will constantly be in contact with them and in this way we will increase our RP level with them, and I also want to include SAHP in this collaboration because there is always criminal activity on the highways. and SAHP is constantly exposed to these. We will make sure that all the events that
PR does are new and fun ideas. and that they are attractive to the citizens, in this way we will easily pass the 25 event threshold, so that more citizens will want to participate. And I will constantly follow the events myself
