Rejected Raming in safe zone and saying something in other language.

he first killed me at the taco shop for taco truck without initiating any RP but unfortunately, I wasn't able to take the evidence and when I was outside of the pillbox he started ramming my car for no reason at all. I've proof of car-ramming and saying something in another language.
