As you can see I was processing this 10-15 and was confiscating his items and asking him to remove his mask so that I can ID him on the PDA, and since I had confiscated his items and did not feel the need of taking the extreme measures of tearing the mask off, I decided to give him 5 seconds to take it off, which is when he decided to intentionally Code A, as you can see he was planning to do so with the way he was speaking and acting.
