First of all Mr Pov is not 1 minute your POV is 25 sec and According to General rule 6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. so you need to be near 2 cars together and 4 Person its now count as PG In POV another car is not visible
