2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been in city from a long time and seen the city in many ups and downs as a citizen and as a LEO . I have seen many terms crumble infront of my eyes and seen few terms get successful and I want to be the leader who completes the term successful without any warnings and verbals .
2. I want to lead the organization as i have been a deputy in NG and also have lead many departments in most of the organizations as Chief of Staff and as well as have been in low command and rose through ranks .
3. I want to make new people learn rules and regulations of the city and also to help develop there skills and confidence and will try to make the organization strong as a whole and also keep HCs to be respectful to new members of the org and teach them the basic stuff of LEOS .

Recruiting experienced people to lead low commands in the organization and giving proper training to the recruits so we avoid all mistakes!
