Life Story:
Hayley Anderson was born to Swedish immigrants in downtown Los Santos. As an only child, she was cherished by her loving parents. Treated like a princess, her father worked tirelessly to ensure the family could live comfortably in a cozy apartment, never lacking anything. Hayley was very popular in school, surrounded by a large group of friends, until everything changed when she turned 16. One night, while out with her friends, she saw her mother with another man in a restaurant. After some investigation, she discovered her mother had been having an affair with the state governor for over two years. Unable to keep this secret, she told her father, who immediately filed for divorce. Hayley and her dad then moved to Liberty City to start over. She completed her schooling and college there, but her dream was always to return to Los Santos one day and take revenge on the governor and her mother.
Career Story:
Upon returning to Los Santos, Hayley wanted to get settled first. She joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol under Sheriff Sam DeGrey and quickly climbed the ranks, becoming a supervisor dedicated to her duty. After the Sheriff died, Hayley felt uncertain about her future until she met John Profit, the Director of the FIB. Impressed by her achievements in the SAHP, he hired her as a supervisor in the FIB, where she gained even more experience in legal organizations. When John Profit retired, Hayley once again felt lost until she met a German scientist. She quickly fell in love with him and followed his footsteps, even going so far as to kidnap and torture the Director of the FIB and the Chief of Police. It was only after being caught by the FIB that Hayley realized she had a mental illness. She made a deal with the FIB, agreeing to hand over the scientist and check into a mental hospital. After her recovery, she is now back, still pursuing what she sees as her path of justice.
Outcomes:
1- Hayley can use any weapon, legal or illegal to defend herself in situations. (No org weapons are allowed for private use)
2- Hayley is loyal to her family and friends, she can torture and kill people who try to tarnish the reputation of said people.
