I just got demorgan and warn for RDM and I understand that the admin just saw that clip when I shot him but the fact is that he punched me and I told him that it wasn't me that killed you, everything on POV.

You were punished correctly + If you got pov of them doing RDM you can report in complaint about player section. In the pov you provided they are just talking and pointing gun on their friend.
