Long story short, I was parked legally and someone rammed my car into the street. This guy comes up with another officer and searches my trunk illegally being only 2 officers next to my car. While I was trying to get his ID to file a complaint IC, he refuses and says he is classified, then I ask for his name and he just leaves the situation. I didnt upload the full interaction because its over 20 minutes long, I dont want to bore you. But he left and never came back, I ended up talking to 5 other high commands but they told me I need to file a complaint here on forums for Combat Log. He left the situation to avoid getting a complaint made against him ICly. I waited a little to see if he would come back, but he never came back.
