Life Story:
Karem Shakespeare was born in Pakistan in a military family. His father was a military man himself. Unfortunately, his life was taken by his own friend. The truth came out, the court was held, yet the killer didn't get punished. This event made Karem feel very low of himself. Although he was a military man himself, he was not able to do anything against the killer. The killer was unpunishable for his money. Karem understood that to beat a corrupt, you need to be corrupt. Only a corrupt can beat a corrupt. And this led his military life towards corruption.
Career Story:
Karem's first profession was the National Guard. He joined the army as Non-Commissioned Officer and rode up the chain of command. His corrupt life started after the death of his father. He made cold cash though all shorts of corruption he could do in the National Guard.
A few years later, he was one of the millionaires of Los Santos. He had enough money to buy the armory the National Guard owns. He had actually made his own private army in order to take revenge. But he knew that if he had taken revenge with his private army, he wouldn't be able to live much longer. So he took the help of the law. Karem was able to lead that killer into something that would destroy him so much that he wouldn't be able to recover and his plan worked out. Karem got the pleasure of punishing the corrupt while being corrupt and this led him to be a "Good" corrupt officer who would help the victims of corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Karem will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
2. Karem can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members
3. Karem carrier multiple pairs of handcuffs.
4. Karem can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
5. Karem can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. (with Darknet task or using USB)
