- (Past Experience) I have been in vagos Multiple times even once as an Under Deputy. During my time in Vagos it was always active in the beach ghetto, attending events and doing lots of store robberies. From all my past experiences in Vagos as a High command I think that I have enough knowledge to be able to lead the gang to being active and the best in the city. I also have previous experience in other gangs and leo that could be beneficial.
- (Leadership) During my term in Vagos I Will make sure to pick my deputies and high commands wisely and make sure that they will be a fit for their roles. I will also make sure that they are capable of recruiting new members and testing their knowledge with the server rules. During my term I will also make sure that everyone gets the rank that they deserve. Most of my ranks will be determined by their leadership skills and their gang activity.
- (Passion and Determination) It has always been my dream to be a leader of a gang and vagos is a great opportunity. With my determination and passion of I will do everything I can to scale this gang to a great size and overall to be the gang of first choice by many of the citizens of the city.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Participating in a lot of robberies like 24/7 store robberies, Ammunation store robberies, Ng Raids, High way robberies and ghetto robberies
- Having a strict joining process that includes a variety of questions about the city rules.
- Having good numbers in events like Cland, Battle ship, informat, subs or more.
- Being active in the ghetto
- Strict Punishments for anyone in the gang that breaks rules
- Making sure that every member gets a equal chance of robbing people like taking turns of who Robs people instead of it being only one person
- A strict process of becoming a high command in the gang that includes making sure you know the server rules, having good leader ship skills, knowing how to properly recruit new members and being able to handle different questions and requests
- Being an Active Gang
- Attending all the gang events and having a lot of members attending them
- Winning events and store robberies or my raids
- Having members that are familiar with the rules
- Having experienced high command
- Not breaking any server rules and getting org warnings
- Becoming a gang of first choice by the people of the city
