Life Story:
Harwin Strong was 16 years old and He was not a victim of Corruption. He was a well worked man till age of 16 after that his life changed. Harwin now lives alone, just wants to enjoy his rest of life. What happened in his past goes below. Harwin used to work in the Government, where He used to work as a Doc Officer and met a guy named Lucifer Stark (A nice guy, but had bad habits). Lucifer also used to work in a power plant as a HR. As the power plant was under the government He met Lucifer. But Harwin did not know that his life will be changed after He met Lucifer. One day Lucifer called Harwin for a party at the Casino, where He let to meet his friend, Lucifer had a plan to betray Harwin under corruption. After all this planning, Harwin being a good citizen wanted to complain about them and He did so, but He forgot that Lucifer had higher knowledge and reach with millionaires so he got rid of Harwin and made him guilty for corruption... Harwin being honest to the department found guilty made him go into depression...
It took 2 years to get through this....
Career Story:
After 2 years, Harwin wanted to find Lucifer and wanted to prove herself not guilty. But he knew that Harwin needed to be corrupt to prove that he was not guilty. Later he decided to join NG and take help from NG as his friend Simmba from the NG wanted to help him. he at last made a plan that will help him to prove that he is not guilty of corruption... Simmba and Harwin decided to work in NG and take all the required data from the organization to sue Lucifer and his team, even planning to take the millionaire who is in contact with Lucifer... So to make it possible he chose to work as a corrupt officer so to access classified cases and org works..
1) Harwin can take the 10-15's illegal items and guns without confiscating them ( Cannot force him to give the weapons he must follow GR 6.16 )
2) Harwin can take his friends out of jail ( 100k )
3) Harwin can sell information about operations for gangs (100k)
4) Harwin can break state laws while on or off duty. ( IC LAWS )
5) Harwin can use illegal items like drugs/weapon while on duty
6) Harwin can lie about the request of a lawyer and refuse to show his ID
7) Harwin can take bribes or take weapons on the same amount ( 100k) ( he cant take bribes to be hostage )
8) Harwin can destroy bodycams ( /try finds bodycam) (2 times per situation) and ( /do breaks bodycam ) to destroy it
