Leo Green was born and raised in a modest neighborhood by a single mother. His mother worked multiple jobs to make ends meet, and even then, they struggled to provide the basics for their family. As a child, Leo saw the hard times his family faced and the challenges because of poor infrastructure, Poor education, and limited job opportunities.
Leo Green often helped his younger siblings with their homework and took on odd jobs to contribute to the household income. Apart from helping house hold Leo Green was deeply affected by the injustices he witnessed, such as unfair treatment by authorities and the lack of resources for those in need. These experiences fueled his ambition to work in government, where he believed he could make a real difference.

Leo's hard work pays as he joins Government and became USSS, but before he could feel the joy he had to face the new world full of bullies and raggers. After he finishes the training he was asked to pay hefty sum of 500k to get a good rank or he will be suspended. He couldn't stand it. He was kept suspended for a month.
So far no one cared about his existence and all the people were focused on maintaing their postion and power. Hence Leo put all his morals down and he pays 500k to get rank and He takes a oath to himself as if he wants to make people listen then he needs to be in the front even if he has to become corrupt for it.
