Dear Administrator. I have been banned for breaking the GR 1.1 server rule. But I would like to inform you that my device and account were hacked and I was able to recover it and change the password. The short story is that I did not share or trade my account, but it was hacked and I recovered it. A while ago, I was surprised that I was banned, so I am submitting this complaint to you so that I can explain the situation to you, and you give me a last chance.
I have evidence that my device and account were hacked, but I cannot attach it here. I can talk to you privately and share the evidence with you because the evidence contains my private information.
