Lil Chrollo, was born in Syria. he witnessed the corruption of the goverment and the police officers which destroyed his country. and his father who got send to prison multiple times for no reason. Because of the corruption in his country he traveled to the United States / Los Santos to continue his life. but the fire and rage in his heart never faded. he served the military in Los Santos and he learnt how to shoot properly and how to do hidden operations. then Odee joined the private Federal Bureau Of Investigation
Forces because of his skills. he was poor and because of that he started taking bribes to become rich. because his identity was anonymous for the public he was doing what he wanted to do for a long time and he was making money.
Career Story:
Chrollo was doing illegal things such as buying and selling weed and heroin and such and one time he was caught and he wanted revenge on the cops that cought him. he killed alot of them then one time when he was assasinating them a corrupt Federal Bureau Of Investigation agent saw him and invited him to the Federal Bureau Of Investigation as the anonymous force and that no one will know who you are while you are doing your assasinations. he accepted and started to get bribes and made a lot of money and became The Anonymous Serial Killer And Millioner Chrollo.
Outcomes:
1- Chrollo Can buy and sell weapons ( Not The Fib Stuff )
2- Chrollo Can take bribe (up to 100k) ( he cant take bribe to be hostage )
3- Chrollo can remove criminals from the wanted list and Clear their criminal record.

5-Chrollo can use illegal items like drugs/weapon while on duty
