1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I wish to become an admin and quit RP-life since I'm ready for a new challenge and want to give more to the community. After playing for more than a year and a half, I have a full grasp of the rules and game dynamics. I feel that switching to an admin post would allow me to make a more substantial contribution, providing a fair and pleasurable experience for all gamers. Day by day the player base is increased at Grand RP So it is hectic for administrators to handle every situation. That's why I want to help admins with their work and help people solve problems. And the other main reason is that since I had been in the city for more than One year, I know it is the best server, and I do not want if any new people come into the city and he/she is in trouble. If they do not get the answer to the problem, they leave, but I don't want anyone to leave the server; I want to make EN3 the best and most populated server.

   - Good communication skills.- Availability.
   - I am focus on complete my work first.
   - Fairness and Impartiality.
   - Knowledge about server rules.
   - Attention to detail.

   - I go through every Minute detail to get perfection that's why sometime it takes little much more time to take the decision.
   -I am bad at shooting.

   - I bring extensive knowledge of the game's rules and mechanics, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement and enhancing the overall gaming experience for all players.
   - I am also a too much hard worker i believe fast complete my work. So during my work i didn't watch the time. I focus on my work fast.

   I was an admin assistant before but for circumstances i got removed so after that i focused on my mistakes and rectified the mistake. So for now i am totally ready. And about my inactivity i am not inactive i am too much active but i was thinking apply from my twink but i got rejected because i need to apply from main id so now i apply this from the main ID.
