Event Rule 1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn. They says purge event allows to breaking ER 1.2 but here(

) its say not. Basicly 89448 and his fam members killing everyone before event starts and thats how letting just their fam members can event area.

Even from the screenshot you provided I cannot read anything about Event rule 1.2. Admin gave you correct info. Rejected.​
