Dear Administration,

I was banned for twinking because I transferred 2.7M to my brother’s account. We share the same PC and Rockstar account.

I was unaware that there was a penalty for this action, and I apologize for my oversight.

Could you please consider unbanning me? I am willing to have my funds wiped from both accounts as a consequence.

I assure you that I will adhere to the rules in the future.
