The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gang members trying to rig power plant of the city for power cut because they want to plunge the city into darkness for bank robbery and the LEOs have the intel and they are going to the power plant to stop them. If gangmembers manage to clap leos they have to go to the bank near power plant and win if LEOs clap gangmembers they win directly
