I've literally been Targeted here by Aurelius Yvo. After I made Thread against Players and this certain ID was just not getting Punished I Made forum for RDM directly on that id explained he has not been punished so he receives punishment finally and Aurelius Yvo gives me another punishment of the same case, Also Goes back to the very first forum to find a message in non-rp chat after Admin Chester Broddy was there watching and I never got punished then but now he had also added Punishment for 3.1 out of no where + Literally admitted he has checked my Ban history also and tells me in the very first comment 'I should receive one more warn for keep breaking server rules even tho i have not been punished in a long time ' Tells us a lot about Himself and what he done to be quite Honest - I hope this case gets considered I have got max time for stupid thing that is not even considered as ooc insult. - I have never been punished for 3.1 before also, Targeting is the perfect word for this in my Opinion.

This Considered as Insult??? makes no sense. 7 days Block.

1st of all I have not once Disrespected you in here or in any Thread, 2nd of all u gave me 2x Punishment Same situation + Told me very first before anything on Thread that I should get another Warn out of no where even tho I've not broke any rule in such long time or been punished + Punished me for 3.1 and was not even ooc situation and gave me 7 days when what I said is not even classified as ooc insult I said 'move shitty', 'you npcs' + You telling me am toxic and you checked my Ban history like if that not Corruption and Targeting then please what you call this?? I really don't understand how you playing Victim and said I disrespected you and am accusing you but you literally told me a lot Yourself about what you have done and how have I disrespected you even after you saying this.

My Reply: Considering u seen my punishment history when was the last time i broke a rule before this time?? Shame how for a minute you feel like you can talk to people in that easy considering it has been very long I been punished before this.... but ill swallow it < Thank you also for your pleasant words , just find funny how from the start I never get 2x punishment but ur giving me the other one just because I kept going at ID 298779 because he did not get punished and for that you punished me again, Maybe a bit of Favouritism but only the lord knows I don't want to accuse you or anyone of anything , From my understanding This is all the same situation I have shot to start with not for no reason but because guy was getting rude to me and other ids got involved so just coz I shot back at them I don't see myself needing to be punished again for exact same situation , Last Decision will be left for Chief - Thanks for your Kind Comment Aurelius Yvo.

I kindly replied to you not disrespecting you in any shape of way, even after you made false comments towards me for no reason.

not sure why keep repeating same respond on multiple thread , spamming report is also another violation if you read forum rule you will know.

1 insultis in OOC chat are OOC insults - and ANY ooc insults are strictly prohibited (7 days ban)
2 EVENT rules 1.2 clearly say what u a NOT ALLOWED to do
Here: Approved - GR 6.15 I 298779 (warn) could be see both violation - RDMed one guy and OOD insult

3 Approved - ER 1.2 AND RDM | 385305 - here u have shot other person which also falls under event rules 1.2 - ALSO warn

so at the end u have twice violated event rules in same location - for each separate warn
and once have violated 3.1 (OOC INSULT in OOC chat) - received BAN

As result i see player whom fully disrespect server rules , have received before 30 day ban and get huge amount of warnings for his conduct...
so for server HEALTHY atmosphere your next similar violation will result PERMANENT BAN for you as we don't tolerate toxic conduct and mass rulebreakers
