1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I want to be an admin to assist people in making sure their role play experience is the best it can be. Even the minor rules breaks can ruin someone's immersion. In addition, my time zone allows me to be in city during a much populated time. I could help fill out the times admins are available and willing to assist. I also have a strong sense of justice so I would also like to make sure that everyone, regardless of status or bank account, follows the rules.
2. What are your strengths?
I would say my strengths are my ability to access a situation and quickly come up with a solution. My time as HC in government as a USSS Deputy director, allowed me to learn leadership skills. This included coming into a situation unknown beforehand, accessing the situation, and then figuring out how to solve it so everyone is contempt. Another strength of mine is my ability to intake information. I am a quick learner as reflected in my brief climb from unknown gov employee to USSS Deputy director. I also in general have a sense of needing to help.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is the fact that I haven't been a member of the server for nearly as long as some other people applying for admin. I came into the city around August to September, so it has only been a few months. However, I have tried to make sure that during that limited time I have learned as much as I can. I unfortunately haven't done any gang related rp so I am very weak in that department. I also sometimes can get very overwhelmed if multiple things are coming at me.
4. what skill can you bring to admin team?
Although there is not any skill i need to bring to admin team but still i will advice them to be more polite for the begginers.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
(It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes, if I had one I would be willing to sell it.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
No there are no issues or situations preventing me from being active at the moment.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Yes when i was a begginer in the city i was having very much anger issue and i faced the consequencies because of that so i tried to improve my anger issue and succed in managing my anger issue and start my good rp life not as a criminal but as a good citizen of the city and serve to all the legal organisation as hc now i join ems again as a aro officer and server the people of the city and try to be a good citizen of the city
