I just don't want to accuse Mr.Harrison Goodman for anything as he just did what any admin could have done. So no accusations towards him.
So the reason why i am here today is because of a warning which i got when i was employeed at LSPD. So basically I was coming back from a Code A with another Officer and found a vehicle illegally parked in between the road blocking 2/3 of the road.
When I went there, the invidual wasnt sleeping but was inside the vehicle and afk probably. I went on asked the officer to fine him. Now, for the better RP, the vehicle's windsheilds and windows were smashed so i suspected it for involvment in 10-10 which any COP would do OOCly.
Improving the RP i asked the suspect to step off the vehicle for a search and requesting permission to search him and his car. He did notresponded as i said he was afk.. After asking thrice, i went on searching the trunk because there could have been involvment of weapons. Which made me check the trunk to see if he was carrying any weapons in his trunk. As soon as that happens, one of his friend comes and he gets out of car saying that he didnt gave me permission to search the trunk and stuff and they both started recording.
While the situation was going on, I had a sudden Code A with a lag spike that lasted 5 secs which somehow made my PC crash due to which the bodycam wasnt saved. Since i had a code a where the suspect thought he was in a position where he could file complaint against me (Which he wasnt actually and i was gonna explain it to him) and thought that i left the situation intentionally practicing CL and Fail RP of which i am truly aware of.
It was not Intentional Tbh. I am a org guy and it gets me so boring when I am not in a org and roaming around the city. Please review this and I am being Honest. I truly regret that i couldnt save the bodycam but trust me, It was not intentional and why would i even do that when there was no threats on me as i had done nothing wrong..
