Approved RDM + GR 6.8 + NLR I 4600 + 99850

ID 99850 was pointing the gun at me. I gave him demands to put it away and he still did not. ID 4600 shot me from the back while he was not even involved and spit right after killing me. ID 99850 broke NLR and come back at 13:13.

Regarding ID 99850 no proper proof submitted for GR 6.7 ​
