EVENT IDEA:
All Gang Leaders + Deputy (With 2 cars and 4 members from each gang max) are to prep and meet with each other discretely without getting the attention of LEOS in city. Location shown in "figure 1".
They must discuss and plan a successful hijack of NG... such as entrances and timing (For timing this has to be negotiated with gangs to decide on who's FZ raid this will happen).
