This guy did a lot of shit yesterday.
1) He using yellow fam(diablos) supercar as gang car
2) Spraying without vehicle (there is no rule for it, but i remember that we should to have gang car with us)
3) Running in to GZ
4) Metagaming - he using OOC game information about where location was sprayed. And after we respray his location he waiting till he gets info about was resprayed another loc. Till that message he stays at home ...
5)He is not wear gang colors, at video u can see he is in bunny costume ... ( its funny but against rules)
if u check him sometimes ull see he probably ignoring all RP processes and OOC rules for game. And it is choice, not mistake.
