i am FIB UC Those guys were Selling Anti-Radar so i wanted to Arrest him for Sale of Prohibited Itemsso 404858 Left city while under arrest he didnt wanted Fine so he decide to leave the game and respawn in jail without Fine
so the seccond one was Provoking and when i decided to Arrest Him he ran away and leave the Game also
