Born in middle class American Family, Brian had regular Childhood and adolescence. Raised in small town, life was calm and not that much eventful. Days spent in arcades, and camping and wandering around with friends. in high School Brian joined rifle club, where he practiced his shooting, and during his freetime, he drove around with car, finding it relaxing. After Brian Graduated from high school, he moved to Seattle to learn to become engineer. Brian had bad difficulties to learn, and after bad frustation, brian dropped out and moved to San Andreas. Brian was overwhelmed on hectic enviroment of big cities, so he enlisted to military. There Brian made new friends. and became fighter jet pilot, and was good at it. After his service, he joined Los Santos Police academy, and graduated, and Joined Los Santos Police Department.
Career Story:
Brian start in LSPD was difficult. hes anger management issues became his worst enemy on first months. After many lawsuits, and angry lectures from leaders, Brian started to control his anger better. Months went by, and work became more regular and easy, when experience piled up. At start Brian was average policeman, and not much known among fellow officers. But after long service, Brian started to get frustrated again. He started to loose his control again, and lawsuits started to pile up again. Brian started to hate people, and lost his composure more often. But this time, people have noticed him, and cleaned any mess he made, creating deranged symbiosis, where Brian started to develop twisted reality. Brian started to see any situation he was in as a score board, and he lost his anger management completely. Brian was raised in calm enviroment, but Big city corrupted him, loosing all respect for fellow humans, becoming an angry and lonely psychopath, that roams streets only for looking things that are not really there.
Outcomes:
1- Brian Can own, buy and use any Illegal item or Weapon
2- Brian Can break any law for his leasure and pleasure
3- Brian can torture, threaten and Kidnap any Criminal suspects as a last resort, when all other options have failed.
