hello dear Administrators.

I was banned for general rule 6.17 accusing me for using illegal recording software but I'm just using the Xbox game bar in my pc I don't know what happened I the video I got punished and the form on POV and proof for just using Xbox game bar also in POV. I hope it was a mistake because my first ban and I got 60 days ban and the rule just say max is 30days and I even didn't brake the rule, thank you.
