  2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?​

    I started out in the city getting into trouble, constantly finding myself on the wrong side of the law. One day, an SAHP officer suggested I join the force to turn my life around. Taking that chance changed everything. I found a passion for law enforcement and dedicated myself to making a difference. With my experience and dedication, I believe I can lead SAHP to be more interactive with the community and more effective in our operations.
  3. How to improve the Roleplay experience in the organization​

    A. Enhancing Departmental Operations:​

    To ensure an enjoyable Roleplay experience for everyone, I will focus on:

    Human Resources: Essential for hiring, training, and promotions.

    Internal Affairs: Ensuring integrity through regular checks and audits.

    Public Relations: Organizing events and campaigns to boost SAHP’s public image.

    Special Response Unit (SRU): Handling critical situations with a trusted team and first to respond to situations.

    All members will carry out their duties with honor, courage, and respect for all citizens.
    Continuous training will be provided to better serve the public.

    B. Bonus and Promotion System:​

    Motivating officers with bonuses for participating in events and recognizing the top 3 most active officers weekly with 100.000 each from my own funds.

    C. Shift System:​

    Dividing teams into day and night shifts for 24/7 coverage.

    D. Proper RP Commands:​

    Implementing proper RP commands to enhance the quality of RP situations.
