2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans 2. (i)I am playing grand rp and I am playing it since 4-5months.It was so fun but now my dream is that I want to be leader so that's why I am filling this form. I think this time I can be leader of NG.I want to experince leadership in Grand RP and NG is most powerfull org after GOV.
(ii) I will make my deputies who are polite in nature and try to solve poblem of newbie if they stuck anywhere and do fast reply same as hc.I think I can make NG most interesting org so that people join NG.I will pay bonuses at time.
(iii)I'm definitely going to participate in all globals and events. I will make sure I will delivery all ammunation's at time and I will respect to all members who are in NG not only HC's. I will make sure I will create one department and there will be all most trained members of NG who will trainned our newbies.Lastly I will support all my members who were in my org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans 3. (i) No Toxicity
(ii) Respect all player's in city
(iii) Promoting RP
(iv) Respect admins and curator's
(v) Making RP more realistic without any rule break
