HELLO DEAR SENIOR ADMIN

i want to know why this complaint got rejected there is no rule i can see regarding POV FPS drops also it is just a POV request not a specific complaint for a rulebreak, i do understand that sometimes its hard for the admins to review a complaint which i a bit laggy but for POV request you just need to ask for POV also i don't have a good pc so i records on 30 fps i just want to see that how he overtakes me because i was on max speed of the car still manage to take over.



AND pls let me know if any rule is written about fps drop then tell me i will not do again
