Rejected Discrimination I Emad Pluxury

Dear Lebron

I want to complain about Mr. Emad , The Senior Curator of Support , so i applied for Admin 1st time on June 26 2024 , I got rejected saying not Looking for admins with your specification by Hassan Error , then i applied again On July 2 2024 after 1 week of 1st application got rejected saying answer given before , then i contacted Mr Hassan and Mr Emad on Discord , hassan didnt gave a complete answer and told me to apply in one month , while Mr Emad gave me some criteria to improve in before applying which was these : -
keep punishment history clean , increase activity significantly, stop toxicity or provocative actions , increase your in game level , and reapply in 2-3 month .

I have been a leader and have experience and always follow the rules so these criteria was just not a valid reason my history has been clean and when i applied i was active because my LSPD term was just ended at that moment , my ic level is as much as we need to satisfy the admin requirements still this , so i waited 1 month and applied because Mr hassan told me that i may have a chace after a month of activity Proof :-

, i applied again on 27th July 2024 , and i got a forum warn for spamming i guess applying in 1 month is not spamming , when i followed all the criteria there is no reason to Reject for spamming .

So if you also see all the application you will see in comman that Arabic people get selected for interview but selecting indians is very rare even for interview , this is not an allegation many people has also told me that Emad favour for arabics and he does not select indians so always thats comman , that is my main reason to make this forum and totally my opinion

I Also have a case to inform you , so you will see there were admins applied both were selected one indian (Beast copper) and 2 nd Arabic (Nato Here) Nato applied on july 6 2024 and beast copper applied on 20 june 2024 both became admin but Beast grinded and was also active but didnt got chance for level 2 admin which lead to his step down whereas nato became level 2 in a week , this is not a admin info leak just got it from roles and information , this shows how Mr Emad doesnt treat indians like arabic this is one example you can find more in admin application archive section if you investigate

I Seek for justice and hope will get it i respect your decison

Alright allow me to shatter all your ideas about me discriminating and prove you wrong on every point you made
First of all , let's start with the reasons why you got rejected
When you applied , I went ahead and asked the senior of state (Who is indian btw) about your term as a leader his response was that you are inactive, Violated Leader rule 3.3 twice , and were toxic , later on before u term ended by you got banned for LR 1.1
Also let's look at your first application you were level 15 at that time , which also is not enough for admin as our minimum requirement for admin is 20 with very rare exceptions that you do not fall into , hence why i told you in DMs increase your level
Which my point that you are not experienced enough was proven when you applied again for leadership and failed interview

Now let's talk about your warning, Spamming doesn't mainly rely on timing , its on reposting the same topic multiple times when answer has been clearly given

Moving over to you saying I am favoring Arabs over Indians , which is not true , if you look at our staff team you will see we have 13 Indian admins for 11 Arabs , and if you look at our application archive , most application are either Indians or Arabs , so if i am being picky with either that's mainly because we already have a lot of both regions in my admin team

Now for promoting assistants , This has nothing to do with you or shouldn't even concern you as you have no idea of what is happening on the inside , that is completely up to me and higher ups who we think is ready to be promoted , and I will not be sharing that was you as it's admin info.

So please before you accuse me of discrimination and racism , do your research
